Collegiawiki?!

Quick thought: wouldn’t it be a good idea to aggregate all these college rankings?  Imagine Metacritic or Rotten Tomatoes for colleges.  Peter would have a heart attack, but I could see it being beneficial to have all the “data” compiled by Forbes, U.S. News, College Board, etc. under one third party website or publication.

Students, alumni and faculty could even post their own thoughts/reviews in a moderated comments section.  Maybe it’s a little too Web 2.0 for higher education, but it’s certainly an interesting idea.  I’ll go check if the domain for collegiawiki is still available.
