Amber Terrell is a native of Princess Anne, MD also known as the Eastern Shore. She attended University of Maryland Eastern Shore for 2 years before transferring to Bowie State University where she received a Bachelors of Science; majoring in Communication with a concentration of Public Relations. Having several years in the Customer Service/Call Center industry; Amber has worked and gained knowledge from Capital One Bank, Verizon Wireless, Infiniti Mortgage, and 1-800 BarNone just to name a few. Furthering the knowledge from previous employment Amber yearns to continuously enhance her work skills and experience. Outside of long dedicated hours at work Amber enjoys several activities including singing, dancing, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to those interest and hobbies Amber is an 11 year experience cheerleader, who is still involved in the sport as a current All-Star Coach.
